BasicTemplates Affiliate Programs ..... September 29, 2006

After much anticipation by you (and us!) our affiliate program is now back and better than ever. We have joined the ShareASale affiliate network for individual template sales from BasicTemplates.BIZ and the affiliate program for our popular Template Membership site, BasicTemplates.com, is managed with in-house software. You now have two signup options.

What we are seeing thus far is new and past affiliates are eagerly signing up for both programs. And why not? They go hand in hand and cross promotion of both will help increase revenue. Let's face it, the majority of website owners don't need access to 1000s of designs. Yet access to 1000s of basic, effective designs for a web designer shaves hundreds of hours from their design time.

If your website targets webmasters, web designers, do-it-yourself website owners, entrepreneurs, work at home entrepreneurs, or affiliate marketers, our affiliate programs will be an excellent match for your visitors and a nice way to supplement your income.

You likely already know that BasicTemplates is not just another one of those template sites. Most of our designs were strategically developed with removable graphics and external CSS separating website content from cosmetic properties. This makes website development quick, site maintenance is efficient and A/B split testing your website's effectiveness is simple. In other words ....

And with very little time and money involved. Anyway, this email isn't meant to be a sales pitch because you probably already know how much time and money our designs are saving you. We just thought you'd want to know that our Affiliate Program is now back and waiting for you to apply. Finally! And just in time for the holiday season when everyone's looking for ways to make extra money.

Oh, and don't forget to signup for both programs if your website(s)' target market is a good match for both types of products/services.

Info for Past Affiliates:

If you were an active affiliate in our past program with a balance under the payout minimum, we will be rolling over your balance from your old account into your new account next week. First though you need to apply for one or both of our affiliate programs, and let us know which account you want your commissions rolled into. Obviously, you'll want to pick the account in which you think you'll generate the quickest revenue, ie. individual template sales or the sales of template memberships. ;)

To make it simple, copy/paste the section below into a reply email (no attachments - our servers eat email with attachments). Then complete the fields with your old affiliate account information. The more info you provide us, the quicker we can lookup your old account and add your commissions into your new account. But before you sent us this information, be sure to register for one or both of our affiliate programs.

Just reply to this email (no attachments - our server eats email with attachments) and let us know the particulars about your website, ie: your name, URL(s), target market, unique visitors/mo., page views/mo., Google PR, Alexa rating, how you plan to promote our products/services, etc. Hint: The more info you provide - the better.
