Why do I need to register an account?

Your order will be delivered via download link(s) within your registered account. You will also have access to your order history, the ability to save multiple carts (wishlists), use the express lane during future checkouts, modify your account settings, and be eligible for periodic "Customer Only" specials. Creating an account is easy and is only necessary the first time you place an order with us.

What are your Terms of Use?

We do not grant refunds, exchanges or substitutions and our designs are sold as is without any warranty or liability of any kind. Our designs are classified as copyrighted software and our Terms of Use is the industry standatrd for this type of digital product which is protected by Internationl Copyright Law.


Who do I contact for Technical Support?

If you have purchased a design from us and need Technical Support, please Contact Us with your Full Name, Billing Information and Invoice Number as well as a detailed explanation of the assistance you need. Please specifiy the Product ID number (template number) that you are referring to. Note that we provide free tech support for the originally delivered template only. We do not provide free tec support for services, software or products developed by other companies or any code that might have been added to the original template. Although we do our best to provide our customers with educational web design sources, we do not teach web design.

Who do I contact for Billing issues or Customer Service inquiries?

Billing Issues: If your credit card was declined, you will need to contact your bank to resolve the issue. First double check that the information you provided us matches *exactly* with what your bank has on file. This includes your full name, address and phone number. We cannot resolve "declined" transactions with your bank for you.

Important: Do not use someone else's credit card or PayPal account on our website.
